The Beyond the Uniform Mastermind Group is designed for military Veterans and members of the Armed Forces who are wanting to take their civilian career to the next level. This is a live, video conference group that meets frequently to challenge and support each other to reach each of our full potential.

How it Works
The Mastermind Group consists of a combination of online Zoom video conference meetings, as well as discussion in a private Facebook Group.
On-boarding call: A one-on-one introductory call with Justin. The goal of this call is to get to know each other beyond you application, determine your goals for joining the Mastermind Group, and discuss how to get the most out of our time together.
Weekly Meetings: The centerpiece of the Mastermind Group is our one-hour weekly meeting. During the meeting, each member is able to share an update on the career development goal, and pose questions to the group. The magic of the Mastermind Group comes from learning from others and also sharing feedback and advice to the other members of the group so that we can learn and grow together.
Monthly One-on-One: Each month you’ll meet individually with Justin to check-in on progress, ask individual questions, and be challenged to reach your full potential. This is a great complement to the group meeting, and provides more personalized focus for discussion and collaboration.
Monthly Office Hours: Justin will hold optional Office Hours for one hour each month. During this time, any member of the Mastermind Group can join for as much or as little as they’d like. This is extra time to take a deeper dive on a topic, interact around a particular challenge, or just hang out.
Private Facebook group: In addition to our Zoom Video interactions, the Mastermind Group members will have access to a Private Facebook group. Within this group you can post questions, share articles, provide feedback, and continue discussions from our meeting.
Materials: All materials and meeting recordings will be available to the Mastermind Group members on-demand, so they can review and revisit discussions whenever they would like.

Justin M. Nassiri

Justin started out at the Naval Academy, after which he served as on officer onboard nuclear submarines for 5 years. After his military service, he obtained his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Since business school, Justin has spent the last 10 years founding and running technology startups. This includes having raised $3M+ in Venture Capital (including an investment from Google’s Chairman, Eric Schmidt), generating $5M+ in revenue from 35 Fortune 500 clients (including Disney, Levi’s, Budweiser, P&G and more).
Justin lives in Denver, CO with his wife (Rebecca) son (Bodhi) and dog (Hemingway).

Note 1: When I first emailed our newsletter with the Mastermind Group idea, I had said groups would be limited to 5 people or less. At the time, the price for the program was going to be $1,500. However, based on feedback, I decided to lower the cost to $1,000, which required that we increase the amount of participants per group.
